In-Office & Telehealth Healing Sessions
Clients access sessions with Valerie either in her centrally located Ellicott City office or via Telehealth (Maryland residents only). Session rates are the same regardless of chosen delivery method. Benefits include the elimination of travel time and costs, ability to maintain appointments regardless of problematic weather, and, of course, growth and healing while in your pajamas! Telehealth is easy to request using our patient portal. Simply change the "location" in the drop down menu to "Telehealth-Video Office" when scheduling.

Workshops & Key Notes
Valerie is available to present on a variety of topics including Postpartum Mental Illness, Intuition Development, Body Image Development, Parenting a Child in TRANSition, AuDHD & Mindfulness, Energetic Techniques in the Therapy Office, Empathic Boundary Setting, and Expressive Arts Techniques for Integrated Healing.
Workshop rates begin at $800.
